1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full 100% refund under the following conditions:

Technical Issues with the API:

  • If you experience issues preventing the API from functioning as intended and lodge a complaint with our support team.
  • Refunds are provided once we verify that the issue is legitimate.

Service Quality Concerns:

  • If you feel that the service quality does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund.
  • Refund requests under this condition are handled on a no-questions-asked basis.

Important:

Refunds are not available if:

  • You are using a non-paid/free plan.
  • You are on a paid plan but have exhausted your usage quota.
  • The issue arises from misuse, third-party systems, or factors outside FastGST.in's control.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at twileloop@outlook.com.
  • Include your account information and details of your complaint or concern.
  • We will review your request and process eligible refunds promptly, typically within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your developer console.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless your request meets the conditions outlined in Section 1.
  • Any unused portion of a paid subscription will not be refunded if your plan terms or quota limits have been consumed.

4. General Conditions

  • Refunds and cancellations apply only to subscriptions purchased directly through FastGST.in.
  • Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is to be fair and responsive.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • FastGST.in may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
