No Refunds for Digital Services: Due to the nature of our digital API services, we generally do not provide refunds for:

  • API usage that has already been consumed
  • Monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Service fees and processing charges
  • Any charges incurred during the billing period

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service Unavailability: If our service is completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
  • Fraudulent Activity: If your account was compromised and used without your authorization

3. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Through your account dashboard at developers.fastgst.in
  • By contacting us via email or phone
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No additional charges will be applied after cancellation

4. Billing and Payment Terms

Billing Cycle: All paid plans are billed monthly in advance:

  • Charges are processed on the same date each month
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Service resumes upon successful payment
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period

5. Developer Trial Plan

The Developer Trial plan is completely free and does not require any payment information. No refunds apply to this plan as no charges are made.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documentation if applicable

8. Service Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan at any time. The new rate will apply from the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the difference between plan costs.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to fair resolution of all billing disputes.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
