By accessing and using FastGST.in ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FastGST.in provides GST Tax Lookup API services operated by Sangeeth Nandakumar. Our service includes access to GST tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, and related tax information through our API endpoints.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our service, you must:

• Register for an account with valid information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Exceed your allocated API rate limits
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to transmit harmful or malicious code

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Our API service is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan:

• Developer Trial: 300 requests/month, 15/day, 1 req/sec
• Starter: 8,000 requests/month, 350/day, 3 req/sec
• Professional: 40,000 requests/month, 1,500/day, 8 req/sec
• Business: 120,000 requests/month, 4,500/day, 20 req/sec

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

6. Payment Terms

For paid plans, the following terms apply:

• All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
• Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sangeeth Nandakumar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate tax information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through our service.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
